The Switch Witch is a good witch who visits your home on Halloween night after your child(ren) have gone to bed and takes all of the Halloween candy (or a select amount) and leaves a toy(s) in its place. We let our kids keep a small bowl of select candy, and the rest is left for the Switch Witch.
The candy that the Switch Witch takes may then be donated to places like the Chestermere Food Bank or South East Rocky View Food Bank or even hidden away by parents to eat after the kids are in bed (we NEVER do this in our house 🙈🙈 ).
