Local Parks
Anniversary Park – 208 West Chestermere Drive
Features cenotaph, beach, plaza and promenade. Washrooms are available.
Birth Forests – various locations throughout Chestermere
Every year, the Streetscapes Committee plants trees in September to recognize those children born to families living within the City of Chestermere.
Chestermere Family Bike Park - 333 West Creek Drive
It's not a traditional park, but it is a great place to bring bike riders of all ages and abilities. Street parking is available. Portapotty on site.

Chestermere Skatepark - Intersection of Rainbow Road and Chestermere Boulevard
Skatepark is a great spot for beginners to learn the sport in a non-intimidating park. Skateboards, Rollerblades, Scooters, and Ripsticks are allowed

Cornerstone Community Park - 340 Merganser Dr. W
Parking lot, pathways, and a sidewalk along Rainbow Road. Next to the Skate Park and ReidBuilt Centre for Community Leadership.
Cove Park - Cove Road
Recently renovated! New sand, natural playground with baby swing and viewing point
Founders’ Point Park – 117 Founders’ Point
Features a cairn erected in 2002 with a time capsule containing objects significant to Chestermere. The time capsule is to be opened in 2052
John Peake Memorial Park – 100 John Morris Way
Features a beautiful gazebo, concrete walkway along the lake, picnic areas and the public boat launch
Kinniburgh Park – along Kinniburgh Blvd
Langdon Park – 28 acres to run and play! Paved pathways, skateboard park, and more.
Millennium Park – 168 East Chestermere Drive
Includes a playground, sailboat sculpture and a lighted pathway to Sunset Beach.
Rainbow Falls Park – 301 Rainbow Falls Drive
Take a stroll through the winding pathways of Rainbow Falls and several different waterfalls.
Sunset Park – 418 East Chestermere Drive
One of the Birth Forests is located here. Sunset Park is a favourite location for sailboarders and paddle boarders. Also features beach volleyball courts and barbeque pits.
Triangle Park – 740 East Chestermere Drive
This park includes half-court basketball, tot lot, baby swings and picnic tables.
