We are excited to announce that Hockey Marathon for the Kids is returning on April 5 - 16, 2024 to support the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. The funds raised in 2024, the funds raised will help more children to access these novel therapies right here in Calgary, by increasing the number of clinical trials available. To ensure that every eligible child coming through the doors of the Alberta Children’s Hospital with hard-to-treat cancers can enroll on a clinical trial with a novel therapy, we will rely once again on our community to rally around the 40 players who will take on the ice and put their life on hold for 262 hours to beat the world’s record for the longest hockey game while raising funds and awareness for childhood cancer.
