Hosted by Calgary Meals on Wheels, participating cafes, restaurants and chocolatiers compete to see who has the best hot chocolate. Proceeds from every cup sold support Calgary Meals on Wheels. There are over 50 participants, it's a good thing this festival lasts all month long!!
