The 34th annual Chestermere Country Fair is this Saturday, and it's sure to be a day that will keep your family busy all day long.

Red Ribbon entries are accepted from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm at the Chestermere Rec Centre. The Red Ribbon Competition is a bench show, which is a term used to describe a competition where you may enter your best baking sewing, handicrafts, cooking, artwork and photography (plus more) for the chance to win a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place ribbon and maybe even a trophy! There are some cash prizes as well.

Saturday, September 9
It's a full day of fun starting with a pancake breakfast and parade. There's a full day of rodeo activities that includes bull and bronc riding, wild cow milking and even kids riding sheep! The kids' zone features entertainment from Smilin' Rylan, Walker White Bear, Shine (TBC), The Kiddonauts and Music with Mandy. There is also a petting zoo, ninja warrior obstacle course and some wild west shootouts!
Stop by the Red Ribbon displays and see if you won a ribbon. There is a full market with over 60 vendors AND even some zucchini car races! Check out the full schedule of events below and for more details, check out the RVC Ag Society's website.
