These after-school programs are for ages 6 - 12 and start at 4:15 pm. Registration for these programs begins on April 17, 2023, at 10:00 am, and programs begin on April 24. To register for these (or any other library program), please visit the library's website and click on the appropriate program on the calendar.
Kids Creative Club
Mondays
Does your child enjoy being creative? Join us Monday afternoons this Spring for our new program where we will be alternating fine arts, crafts, and performative arts activities weekly. Registration is required with limited spots available.
Check! Out Chess
Tuesdays
You are welcome to join us for this program, whether you are just learning or you’ve already been playing chess. Registration is required for this program.
Game On
Wednesdays
Join us for gaming fun. Board games and the Nintendo Switch and Wii will be set up in the program room. Registration is required for this program.
Reading Buddies
Thursdays
Join us for Reading Buddies to help facilitate reading and literacy. Teen volunteers are matched with early elementary students learning to read. We will provide an activity then the student is asked to pick a book to read with their buddy. Registration is required for Reading Buddies.
Family Fridays
Fridays
Join us on Fridays for a new program with the whole family in mind for different activities each week. Registration is required for each person in the family joining. Please note: Parents and Guardians must stay in the library if the registered child is under 8.
