Chestermere Before and After School Care is very excited to announce our KinderCare program, starting in September 2023. This will be a unique program, where educators, parents and guardians will work very closely as a team to have our children get the best care!
Due to the nature of this program, we have kept the number of students very limited. Chestermere Before and After School Care is located in Chestermere Rec Centre and therefore they have all of the recreation centre’s facilities at our disposal. Chestermere Before and After School Care's program includes lots of indoor/outdoor physical activities, which include ice skating, indoor pickleball, badminton, indoor dodgeball and indoor/outdoor soccer. We also do crafts, dramatic play and sensory activities on a daily basis.
Chestermere Before and After School Care has also incorporated yoga and breathing exercises with children, to have them more focused and relaxed when working on tasks at hand or their day-to-day activities. They also have a playground with age-appropriate swings for children.
Chestermere Before and After School Care is located in the heart of the City of Chestermere, at the Chestermere Rec Centre, the focal point of all community activities in Chestermere. We have big gym/indoor basketball, ice skating rink and soccer field to keep children physically active and fit. We offer a book club, art competitions, yoga and meditation to cater to children's emotional and mental needs.
