All programs include a focus on fundamental movement skills, character building, skill building, age-appropriate programming, positive and enthusiastic coaches & we LOVE disguising fitness as fun! We keep things fun & exciting with an array of combo programs to keep your child on their toes, & wanting more!

Grown Up & Me Classes
Playmaste: Baby Yoga
Find some zen in your day with this calming, yet fun yoga class for baby and mom. The class will include stretches for baby, songs, rhymes, as well as breathwork practices and gentle yoga for mom. The class will always end with a connection circle where you can chat with other moms & discuss all things baby-related! Mondays Oct 17 - Dec 12, 4:15pm - 5:00pm $150
Zumbini (0-4 years)
Make your days brighter with this fun, music, and movement class where you are guaranteed to twinkle with sweat & joy. Sing, Dance, and play as you bond with your child. Created by Zumba and Baby First the Zumbini programs combines music, dance, and educational tools for 45 minutes of can’t stop, won’t stop fun. This program includes take-home music to enjoy at home!

Play-nastix Rocket Kids (3.5- 5 years)
Is your child ready to ease into some independence? Then this class is for you! The next step after our parented, program. Play-Nastix! Rocket Kids is a beginner-friendly, P.L.A.Y (physical literacy and you)-based program. This class is designed to keep your child moving, as we continue to work on developing motor skills, social skills development, life character talks, creative play and more!

Sports-nastix (4 - 6 years)
Looking for some more variety? Try a combo program! Sports-Nastix! is a beginner-level, P.L.A.Y (physical literacy) program, that combines ball sports (basketball. hockey, football, tennis, golf ), and gymnastic skills, with a special focus on fundamental movement skills. This unique program is designed to keep kids on their toes, and wanting more!

Ninja-nastix (4 - 5 years and 6 - 8 years)
Do you have a ninja at home who needs to burn some energy? Ninja-Nastix! is a beginner-level, P.L.A.Y (physical literacy) program, that includes gymnastics, fitness, parkour, and basic karate. Ninja kids will get everything from the regular gymnastics program but with an extra kick! This class is designed to keep your child moving, as we continue to work on developing motor skills, independence, social skills development, life character talks, creative play and more!

Art-nastix (5 - 8 years)
Tap into your artsy side! Art-Nastix is a beginner-friendly, P.L.A.Y (physical literacy) program that combines artistic gymnastics and art projects. Kids get to explore different art projects such as paint, clay, nature art, etc. Preschooled-aged children will get access to the circuit-style course, while older kids hone their gymnastics skills. As children develop, they will be taught a level 1 floor routine to music.

Playmaste: Yoga & Art (7 - 10 years)
The perfect class for kids who need help with emotional regulation! Play-maste! Yoga/Art is a beginner-friendly, P.L.A.Y (physical literacy) program, that combines playful yoga, and mindfulness, and includes a weekly take-home art/craft! Every week, the kids will learn a different yogic principle such as being positive, being kind, taking care of the planet and more!
