Mutton bustin' is September 10, 2022, during the annual Chestermere Country Fair. The start time is currently estimated to be 11:00 am, however his time may change based on bull riding events.
Children aged 4 to 6 at the time of the Country Fair are eligible and children must weigh less than 65 lbs (pounds). Older children may register HOWEVER the child must be 65lb or less. Contestants must wear safety-approved helmets (bike or hockey, for example), long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and closed-toed shoes. Gloves, protective equipment, and flak/safety vest are up to guardian discretion.
Registration is first-come, first-serve. Online registration forms are time-stamped and will be processed in the order that they are received. There is no cost to participate in mutton bustin'. However, admission fees to the corral and kids zone apply.
A waiver will also be emailed to you.
There are only 30 registration spots available. A waitlist will be formed once the 30 registration spots have been filled.
