PreCanSkate and CanSkate: weekly on Thursdays or Sundays, starting September 12th, 2021.

Choose one or both days as the skater progresses through the 6 levels of this sanctioned SkateCanada badge program at the pace that is right for them.  The skaters are assessed throughout the season and moved up levels to keep them challenged and engaged.
The kids learn balance, agility and control, which are skills they can use in any ice sport: figure skating, speed skating, ringette or hockey.
Sign up and watch your child skate away with an “I CAN” attitude!

StarSkate: offered Sunday through Friday, starting September 13th, 2021.

Sign up for as many days of figure skating that best fits your family budget and schedule, and your figure skater’s dreams and aspirations.

Extra morning ice times are offered weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays, with focus on edge control, spins and jumps.  In addition to ice times, skaters are encouraged to register for dryland training to improve flexibility, coordination and strength.

We follow the latest provincial and health authorities and Skate Canada guidelines with the health protocols in place at the Chestermere Recreational Centre. Please visit our website www.icedgeskatingclub.com often or follow us on Facebook for current updates.
