Synergy's SHOUT programs are starting again in October, and registration is open.
Each SHOUT program is an awesome opportunity for youth to connect, grow and develop! Synergy offers SHOUT boys (Chestermere), SHOUT girls (Chestermere) and Teen SHOUT (Chestermere and Langdon).

SHOUT Girls Chestermere (ages 10 - 13)
Thursdays beginning October 3, 2024, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Centre for Community Leadership #101-340 Merganser Drive W
SHOUT Girls discusses themes like growing up female, self-awareness and self-compassion, healthy relationships, resiliency, body image, trust and boundaries, goals and intentions and more.

SHOUT Boys (ages 10 - 13)
Thursdays, beginning October 3, 2024, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm and is held at the Centre for Community Leadership, #101-340 Merganser Drive W
Get ready to build confidence, make friends and learn some skills while having fun with awesome mentors. SHOUT Boys is all about teamwork, social skills and becoming your best self.

LANGDON Wednesdays beginning October 2, 2024 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm at the Qualico Resource Centre
Teen SHOUT is for teens 13+. It provides an inclusive space for all teens to gather to connect, share, talk about important topics, have snacks and have fun. Youth are joined by positive mentors who are up to discuss anything from healthy relationships, current events, social justice, or what's happening on social media. Mentors also support youth with addressing stress and anxiety, while encouraging individual exploration and strengths.
