Get a head start on 2021 by improving your wellness! We would like to invite you to join the first-ever Chestermere Wellness Challenge, hosted by the Chestermere & Area Mental Health Coalition!
This virtual community challenge is designed to foster personal wellness development and help you make positive, healthy changes in your daily life. Over the course of six weeks, you will focus on your Big 5 and ways you can improve in each:
- Sleep
- Work or School
- Healthy Eating
- Love and Relationships
- Play
The Challenge will run from January 24th to March 6th, with the orientation session taking place on January 19th. Participate as a team of four to earn the most points collectively for completing wellness activities. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams with the most points! Throughout the Challenge, you will also have the opportunity to join free virtual workshops with local wellness professionals, focusing on the Big 5.
The Challenge is open to folks of all ages - kids, adults, and seniors. To get involved, create a team of four with family, friends, coworkers, etc. If you don't have a team of four, contact us and we will find you one! Next, choose a team captain and a team name. To register your team, go to
