Little Kids Online Yoga Program

The Little Kids Online Yoga Program includes a child-friendly series of yoga poses, mindful activities, and readings to encourage the development of a mindfulness practice for children. Studies have shown that continuous participation in a yoga program provides children with a multitude of benefits, including but not limited to: better academic results, increased focus, increased strength and flexibility in the body and a better night’s sleep.
