Bike Safety Rodeo

Macaroni Kid Chestermere and several community partners, including the Chestermere RCMP, are excited to announce that there will be a bike safety rodeo on Friday, June 28 at in the New Apostolic Church parking lot.

All participants must be able to ride a bike without training wheels and must bring a bike helmet. Participants will be taught proper road safety while travelling through our community by bicycle. Parents or guardians must remain on site.

The rodeo will be held in conjunction with the Chestermere Family Bike Park BBQ, which runs from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. There will be FREE hotdogs and snacks, B & P Cycle Tent and tune-ups, and more! **Due to the rain, the Bike Park BBQ has been cancelled and moved to July 12**

Date: Friday, June 28, 2019

Time: Four sessions to choose from (please note age levels). Participates are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of their session

  • 1:30 pm (ages 7 - 9)
  • 2:00 pm (ages 7 - 9)
  • 2:30 pm (ages 10 - 12)

Location: New Apostolic Church parking lot, 133 Rainbow Falls Dr, Chestermere (just south of the bike park)

Cost: $5.00 per participant or $8.00 per family

Registration is limited to 15 participants per session. Please register early to guarantee your spot.
