Eleven Things to do with Leftover Birthday Cake

This never happens in my house, but I have heard of people who end up with leftover cake after a party. So, here's are 11 things to do with leftover birthday cake:

1.  Cake pops.
2. Chocolate salami
3. Make into a trifle.
4.  "Bread pudding" made from leftover cake.
5. Rum balls.
6.  Use as a crumb crust for a pie.
7. Cake French toast.
8. Fold into vanilla ice cream to make your own personal "birthday cake ice cream".
9. Add cake to a milkshake.
10.  Cake croutons, bake like traditional croutons (try to avoid any icing) and use as a topping for ice cream.
11. Freeze it to enjoy later!
