The Chestermere Public Library's Summer Reading Program begins on July 1st. To register, you need a valid Chestermere library card and just stop by the circulation desk anytime between now and August 31st.
All registrants will receive a ballot for every visit to the library between July 1st and August 31st, and you may use your ballots to enter for any of the prizes on display at the front of the library. Participants will also receive a tracking sheet so that you may track how many minutes you have read during the Summer Reading Program.
The Summer Reading Program is open to all ages.

- July 5 - Stuffie Pick-up and Preschool Storytime
- July 6 - Paper Activities
- July 9 - Scavenger Hunt (ages 7 - 12)
- July 10 - Family Movie
- July 12 - Scavenger Hunt (ages 0 - 6)
- July 15 - Spring Craft (registration required)
- July 17 - Family Movie
- July 19 - Craft
- July 20 - Paper Crafts
- July 24 - Family Movie
- July 31 - Family Movie
