The May long weekend is upon us, and for many, it usually marks the kick-up to spring gardening. Just remember....it could still snow! More often than not, we've got camping during the May long weekend and spent the weekend wet, cold or both! We even experienced the joy (insert sarcasm) of having our trailer awning ripped off due to hail/snow coming down so fast and hard that we couldn't retract the awning in time. Here's to Mother Nature, who always keeps us on our toes this weekend.
I'm really excited to head over to Prairie Waters Elementary tomorrow and present them with their Cool School prizes and lunch. It should be a great morning. I love how active the entire school is on Twitter...keep an eye out for pictures tomorrow.
And, congratulations to our Nitro Circus ticket winner, Heather Meger! Heather won four tickets to the show this Saturday at the Stampede Grandstand. It sounds like an amazing show.
